Holy Symbol actual value?

Playing priest lv 103, training on himes while using HS, i noticed an increase of 10% exp, isn't it supposed to be an increase of 50% exp per kill?

 

It goes into full effect when you have a party of at least 2 people. Alone, yeah it's not 50%. That's what "It becomes fully effective only when there are more than 2 members of the party around." in the skill description mean
