I've noticed that the skill holy symbol isn't working for me if I'm under the leech level of a certain mob. It doesn't add any extra exp to my kills like it should. For example, if I want to train my level 50 at voodoos and I also want to hs myself with a mule, I'm still only getting the original exp. I'm not sure if the admins are already aware of this or not.
