You were banned for violating rule 26. You allowed your sister to play on your account.

The punishment for violating this rule is a permanent ban.

 

There is a misunderstanding here, my sister and I never shared our accounts, my sister looged in and was afk, and I played on toot, Then she came back and started to play on her char.
What's wrong here?

It appears that you, TooT, asked your other character Hopa to give you haste. If you were playing both characters at once then you wouldn't need to actually ask yourself in game to give you haste.

Also, when you were asked how you can attack on both characters at once you responded by explaining that since it was your sister and that you were on the same IP you wouldn't be banned. You were mistaken , even though it was your sister on your account it's still account sharing.

 

i didn't play both of the chars!! My sister played on Hopa I just told her to haste ingame.
And I just said we r playing on the same ip because I tought they said I can get banned for that.

 

So you allowed your sister to play on Hopa, your character? You will not be unbanned.

 

This is what u don't understand, Hopa it's not my char.
Btw, it's me TooT talking because I can't reply with my forum acc here and my sister doesn't know english very well.

 

If Hopa is not your character, why would the players in the above screenshot think that it is your character?

 

What I have to do with that?! I told you the truth, maybe they didn't understand carefully, why do I need to be banned for something I didn't do :/
