Not Bug Horntail's prehead appeared in ludibrium map (with SS and videos)

    At Feb 28 around 11 a.m. server time(yesterday),the head of Horntail suddenly appeared in the ludi map Terrace Hall (ch9)

    It was the most serious bug I've ever seen,really no idea why this happen,so I decide to give this thread a "CRITICAL"

    I accidently left a refunded Horntail run too early which caused the horntail head to spawn on my GM's location. However when this happened I wasn't able to see it thus I wasn't able to kill it.

    If this ever happens again, please use the ~gm system to report these kind of things rather than waiting a day and then posting it on the forums.
