After every login, my hotkeys are back to default and I have to spend a minute redoing my hotkeys. My pet is also not turned on so that's also annoying. This issue has been occurring within the past week and has been happening on both of my characters as well as on both my mac and PC. Other people in my guild have been having the same exact problem.
I assume your guild has disbanded an alliance recently which would cause this problem. Please post in character issues with the name of the guilds, this will need to be fixed during a server check. https://royals.ms/forum/forums/character-issues.55/
