How do you get "Dragon Tail" here in RMS?

I've seen a few people with this hairstyle, but nobody seems to know how to get it. I've heard about using an EXP coupon at Showa town, but those aren't in the Cash Shop.

you can buy hair and other coupons at the npc for 1 mil, you dont need to use cash shop

 

Thanks for replying. I do realize that, though. None of the hair salons offer this hair, so I don't know where to get it.

 

I believe it's a donator hair, so check donator hairs/faces using ~donator in game.

 

This one? I believe it is in Kerning, Showa and possibly NLC as well. EXP coupons are random, not all regular hair styles can be achieved with VIP coupons. It's definitely not donator only.

 

I just checked, it is not a donator hair style, and Showa EXP coupons do not exist. Should I just try buying Kerning EXP coupons?

[EDIT] I just had someone else tell me Showa EXP is the only way to get it. I guess Showa EXP coupons must have been a limited-time-only thing, or I'm just looking in the wrong place.

[EDIT 2] So, after burning 25mil on EXP coupons in Kerning and coming up with nothing, I figured I'd see if the "Showa (REG)" coupon was mislabeled. After 2 tries using that coupon I got the hairstyle I wanted, so it is indeed supposed to be labeled as a Showa EXP coupon. I guess that needs to be fixed at some point.

 

Aha, thanks! i was looking at the wrong one which had a similar style for the bangs. Good to know it exists.
