I know I first got it from Cheif Tatamo in Leafre. I've sinced used up all my dragon elixirs and need more. But when I went to go get it again he isn't offering the quest. I'm curious as to how I can get more elixirs since I have yet to complete the HTPQ. Thanks ^^ UPDATE: So I found out how and can't delete this thread. =P
