Does your password work in game or do you have the same problems when you are trying to log into the game? You can't reset your password if you don't know your password, if you need help with doing so: You need to send a PM to John with the following information: 1) Your login ID 2) The date of birth associated with your account 3) The email address associated with your account 4) The sha-1 hash of a new password (the new password itself must be less than 12 characters long) To get the sha-1 hash of your new password, go here: http://www.sha1-online.com/ Enter your password there and press the "hash" button, then paste the hash into the PM.
There is no message for incorrect password, it says "The username or password is incorrect. Please try again.", so you are typing one of them incorrectly. If you can log into the game there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to do it at the control panel, if you receive that message. That's assuming you are not playing on the beta, since those accounts can't be used for the control panel unless you made them before the last database update.
