So I found this in Pheelo's HP Wash guide, and I was just hoping someone could explain it to me. Monster Magic Damage Touch Damage Crimson Balrog 2.5k 4.5k Ergoth 3.9k 3k Zakum 2.9k 11k Pianus 5k 5.2k Papulatus 6k 5.2k Bigfoot 12k Anego 19k 12k Horntail 7.8k 23k Pink Bean 19k 23k Does this mean that this is how much damage they do to you if you have no defense? Ayumilove's guide listed this as the formula: 01. Checks if the monster misses. 02. Gets the monster Weapon Attack. 03. Decrease percentage of Weapon Attack if Threaten is used. 04. Increase percentage of Weapon Attack if skill used by player/monster. 05. Gets monster Weapon Attack between 1 and 29999. 06. Calculates Monster Base Damage: – Min Damage = Monster Weapon Attack * 0.85 – Max Damage = Monster Weapon Attack – Monster Base Damage = (Min – Max) * Min / 9,999,999 + Max Note: Base Damage usually returns same as Max with 0.038% off 07. Get player defense and reduce it by 25%. Round it down. 08. Monster Damage = Monster Base Damage – Player Defense 09. Multiply Monster Damage by skills (Achilles/Combo Barrier) 10. Factor in Meso Guard (if applied) 11. Returns the damage dealt to you. tldr: Weapon Attack = Monster Damage (but with a slight discrepancy) But by checking BBB Hiddenstreet for W Atk and M Atk, I get this for Pink Bean: Weapon Att.:1,700 Magic Att.: 1,200 Which is no where close to Pink Bean 19k 23k listed in Pheelo's guide. So, clearly I'm missing something here. Would anyone like to explain? I'd like to be able to look up monster stats on BBB Hiddenstreet, and use that to figure out how much HP a certain character needs in order to tank that mob, so I can accurately create a guide on exactly which classes should HP wash, and how much they need to wash by what level. But I currently don't know how much damage bosses do, given this discrepancy. Tyvm <3
Maybe it'll be easier to understand like this: MonsterMagic damageTouch damage Crimson Balrog2.5k4.5k Ergoth3.9k3k Zakum2.9k11k Pianus5k5.2k Papulatus6k5.2k Bigfootpoop12k Anego19k12k Horntail7.8k23k Pink Bean19k23k
It's pretty, but I'm wanting to know how the 1700 attack and 1200 m atk of Pink Beans translates to 19k magic damage and 23k touch damage.
