    Today a friend wondered how much stronger he was with the SE buff.
    Since I was bored and I couldn't find the answer online, I did some quick calculations for him, and later decided to post it for anybody else that's curious.

    For Bow Masters:
    Without SE:
    (0.4)*(200%) + (0.6)*(100%) = 140%
    (crit chance)*(crit shot damage) + (non crit chance)*(normal damage)

    With SE:
    (0.55)*(200% + 140%) + (0.45)*(100%) = 232%
    (crit chance)*(crit shot + SE damage) + (non crit chance)*(normal damage)

    Damage increase = 232/140 = 1.657 ----> 65.7% damage increase

    For Night Lords
    Without SE:
    (0.5)*(150%+100%) + (0.5)*(150%) = 200%
    (crit chance)*(TT+crit shot damage) + (non crit chance)*(TT damage)

    With SE:
    (0.65)*(150%+100% + 140%) + (0.35)*(150%) = 306%
    (crit chance)*(TT+crit shot + SE damage) + (non crit chance)*(TT damage)

    Damage increase = 306/200 = 1.53----> 53% damage increase

    For Mages
    Without SE
    100% damage

    With SE:
    (0.15)*(100% + 40%) + (0.85)*(100%) = 106%
    (crit chance)*(normal + SE damage) + (non crit chance)*(normal damage)

    Damage increase = 106/100 = 1.06 ----> 6% damage increase

    For DrK
    Without SE
    170% damage
    (crusher)

    With SE:
    (0.15)*(170% + 140%) + (0.85)*(170%) = 191%
    (crit chance)*(normal + SE damage) + (non crit chance)*(normal damage)

    Damage increase = 191/170 = 1.124 ----> 12.4% damage increase

    For Hero
    Without SE
    260% damage
    (brandish)

    With SE:
    (0.15)*(260% + 140%) + (0.85)*(260%) = 281%
    (crit chance)*(brandish+ SE damage) + (non crit chance)*(brandish damage)

    Damage increase = 281/260 = 1.081 ----> 8.1% damage increase

    For Paladin
    Without SE
    580% damage
    (blast)

    With SE:
    (0.15)*(580% + 140%) + (0.85)*(580%) = 601%
    (crit chance)*(blast + SE damage) + (non crit chance)*(blast damage)

    Damage increase = 601/580 = 1.036 ----> 3.6% damage increase

    For Corsair
    Without SE
    380% damage
    (cannon)

    With SE:
    (0.15)*(380% + 140%) + (0.85)*(380%) = 401%
    (crit chance)*(cannon+ SE damage) + (non crit chance)*(cannon damage)

    Damage increase = 401/380 = 1.055 ----> 5.5% damage increase

    For Buccaneer
    Without SE
    400% damage
    (demo)

    With SE:
    (0.15)*(400% + 140%) + (0.85)*(400%) = 421%
    (crit chance)*(demo+ SE damage) + (non crit chance)*(demo damage)

    Damage increase = 421/400 = 1.053 ----> 5.3% damage increase

    TLDR:
    The damage increase due to SE is:
    NL: +53%
    BM: +65.7%
    Mage: +6%
    Drk: +12.4%
    Hero: +8.1%
    Pally: +3.6%
    Sair: +5.5%
    Bucc: +5.3% (demo)

    Thanks for reading :D

    For Nightlords, the calculation would be 150% damage for non-crits, 250% damage for crits and 390% damage for SE crits. If you use those numbers instead you see it results in a 53% damage increase rather than a 70.7%.
    For "other" it would be the same as the mage calculation. It's only classes with base crit (bowmen/NLs) who get a 140% increase in crit damage from SE. If other classes got a 240% damage increase with SE, then for example strong heroes like @Eli would hit cap with brandish, which is clearly not the case. what Ayane said

    That's false. My bandit has lvl 6 savage blow (60% damage per hit) and damage range of 25~184 yet I was able to hit 320 with a crit on savage blow on teddies (which have a bit of def as well). If it was +40% I couldn't even hit 150. On a hero class the increase isn't that big (cause brandish has 260% base already) but with savage blow a crit makes it about 3 times stronger.

    Thanks! :D Could you look over to see if the new ones are correct? This is more complicated than I thought it'd be...

    I see, the reason why I never noticed this was because I play a class that has a 100% base damage ^_^'

    I'm pretty sure it's 380%x1,2 and not 380%+20% so it's still the same. Need to get the skill fixed to test it though.

    Marksman is kinda hard to calculate
    Strafe gets the same 65.7% BM gets but snipe always does the same damage with or without SE. It depends on what percentage of your damage comes from snipe (if you are weak then snipe will deal a large part of your damage but if you're strong and use apple or something snipe won't buff your damage by a lot)
