I've noticed that pretty much every time I've donated that RP doesn't show up even if you wait about 10 minutes before logging back in, so it seems to be more of a random chance problem rather than a "wait a bit before logging in". What causes RP to not process properly? And why is the turnaround time so slow? ------------------------------- (Segment removed because it seems a bit unfair to matt, he tries his best to resolve the problem asap) Saying that the RP will appear on your account in 2 minutes is misleading, and should be removed. In addition to this, players who donate more than once before receiving their RP should get the amount of RP equivalent to how much they donated- because they lose the perk of getting the RP instantly. Additional note: I noticed that I was still logged into royals.ms while I logged into the game. (Yes, I waited approx 10-20 mins after my donation) Is this possibly a reason for why RP doesn't show up on the account? If so, either the user should be logged out automatically after they donate, or there should be a warning to log out of the website before logging into the game.
I think you may have had a few unlucky timings when it comes to donating. Usually you only have to wait 1 or 2 minutes of being offline before logging back into the game and receiving your RP points. However recently we have had a few situations where automatic RP distribution stopped working until it was fixed again. I think you may have ended up donating during those situations which would explain why your RP wasn't distributed automatically.
