How to do the Happy New Year quest?

    I just got a quest notification from Maple Administrator for the New Year quest. Could someone please give me some help on how to do it?

    Buy and equip Horoscope Overall, Horoscope Boots, and Horoscope Hat from the cash shop and talk to the sultan in Ariant palace. There are 12 kinds of hats and each one of them is different and might change your fate.

    That's the summary of the dialogue.

    Buy the Horoscope Overall, Shoes and Hat from Cash Shop using NX and wear them. Head over to Ariant and see King Abdullah or something in the Palace. There's a quest in the portal to the left of the palace one, which you need to see NPC Byron to activate. Then go back to the palace portal and click on the water/pond right below the castle (with the guard). Then you need to go back to Byron to complete it. Now go back to the palace and talk to the guard NPC and pay 2000 mesos. You can now enter the palace.

    By the way, you will be given 4 new locations to go to and hunt monsters after this. I think Imma skip this one since the reward is actually a horoscope chair depending on your hat, I think.
