Character Name: Lightpink, Sugarbug, Sweetfart Where are you having an issue: Bosses, Horntail, Zakum, Crimson Balrog (APQ) Date and Time: First occurrence- Zakum run early November, client crashed then game disconnected from server second run. Second occurrence- December 17th servertime ~3:30ish HORNTAIL client crashed DURING Guild run with Tenacity Third occurrence- December ~19th ish idk servertime I disconnected from server while fighting CRIMSON BALROG Fourth occurrence- December 22, servertime ~0:00ish around reset ZAKUM game disconnected after being resurrected NO ERROR CODES Details of issue: As stated in the title and above I am disconnecting from the client and the client crashed when doing certain bosses. I am not a technical genius when it comes to things and my computer model is this: Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 Laptop | Dell USA Which has an INTEGRATED Graphics card, THAT IS ALL I KNOW. How do I proceed with troubleshooting this because I WANT TO PROGRESS IN THE GAME?! The sound file fix clearly didn't work. If you type something down there it needs to be thoroughly explained maybe WITH PICTURES because I don't know where to find things on my own computer. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR. If someone can literally either make a video as to what I need to do OR Discord chat/voicechat with streaming (I can stream and they can help me find where I need to fix things) it would be the best possible solution for me. TLDR: I'm disconnecting from bosses and people's ideas of solutions are posting the guides that TimK made and Frank (Frenzy) made which do not help without an explanation for someone THAT KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT COMPUTERS.
