How do you get Horus Eye? I've heard that there's no Romeo and Juliet Party Quest and there's nothing at the Nihal Desert and there are people with Horus Eye. So how do you get it?
it's a gacha reward from NLC. It's untradeable and the stats on a dep star are (usually) better so I'm not sure why you'd want one specifically. It's nice to get lucky on one when you're gaching at NLC for other reasons though.
