Hi, I have a NL lv85 and I want to begin washing for bossing like ZK or HT from lv100, but I'm following dexless until now and i didn't put any ap on INT, so can you guys help me what should I do when i reach lv100? Thank for all your help
Hi, you can start gathering int gears (at least 60-8o int worth of them) and Try starting to add int now maybe until 100 int or so. Then train via leech until 135. Just HP Wash whenever possible, and see how much HP you can reach by level 135.
Do u think how much int i should add per lv up from now? sr for asking too much but this is the first time I play Assasin And the last question is if i don't wash to get more HP, will I survive in boss with HB buff in the higher lv? like lv175 above? Many thanks
Even with HB, natural HP for sins are naturally low. Washing is thus extremely important for NL's. I would say it is almost impossible to survive HT even with HB without washing, due to mass dispels, touch hit, etc. Add all int every level. You need to reach a high int as early as possible in order to maximise the extra MP gain (for washing). Just add until you reach 100+ int or maybe 150 int. Your damage will definitely be lower, but it will be worthwhile in future.
I'd suggest making a new char with int and washing early on, you get MP every time you level with INT so if you start adding now you'd only have int for 30-40 lvls which isn't enough for HP Aside from that NLs gain more HP if you wash from your fresh AP so it's good to start adding HP all the way from level 30 or so. As for why you should remake, if you started adding INT now by the time you'd have 100 INT you'd be over lvl 100 which means you'd only have the int for around 35-40 levels before you reset it. This will only give you around 400-500 MP at best which is very low and is pretty much a waste of money (spending 100 APR for just 400-500 MP). With 400-500 MP you won't be able to wash to 10k hp (which is the minimum to survive HT without HB) and probably not even 9k
If i keep washing with this character, will I survive HT? Because I only go bossing with my guild and allways have HB buff. In this case i dont want to create a new character because I dont want to try hard much and just chilling with my friends
You should calc it. There's a spreadsheet this forum where you put your information and they calc to you. Calc HERE: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/hp-washing-calculator.111127/ There's a certain amount of HP you need to not die on Horntail, which is 7.800 for magic damage and 23k touch damage. So at the very least 7.800 is the minimum, but if you get touch damage 7800 is not enough. As the other guys said, the best approach is a new character that will wash from the beginning. It would be a bad investment to wash a character starting at level 100, but its your choice. I think 7800 is doable with HP quest and ~100 INT on equips from 100-135, but as other guys said HB will not always be there(Dispells, no DKs).
You can take my advice with a grain of salt, since I don’t own any NL chars. However, I would suggest that you continue with your character. A friend of mine started washing his first char NL only at level 14x, with simple INT eqs. Right now his hp is 8.5k without HB at 180, still not enough in the eyes of everyone, but he’s completed every of our daily HT runs without fail AND without HB. As a bishop washed to 6k hp, I’ve died more times than I should have, while he’s died only once, ever. Edit: Also thought I’d add, he never invested more than 10 base int. Also some extra notes, he started running HT at level 16x, with HB on initial runs. As we familiarise ourselves with how HT works, he’s learnt which positioning is best for his survival without hyper body.
You can try it I guess, it will just be harder. My BM is unwashed and had around 9k hp at 200 (I had less before, like 7.5k) and while I could usually survive HT it was pretty stressful. Aside from that the last part with the arms can hit you 10k or more so while it's possible to survive with below 10k hp it's really a matter of luck and after doing many times you'd die a few times. My NL on the other hand has more than 16k hp and it's just a lot easier there. I rarely ever die on it even when I'm the sed mule in almost every HT run (usually I brought my bishop there too and duo client) and I can tank almost every boss in the game and even FJ into the ht head. It will just be a lot easier and you won't have liabilities with your HP. For example you have the shaolin boss, the boss gives some great exp and takes less than 10 minutes to do but he can hit up to 12-13k damage. Without washing you will have to constantly go and search for a DRK with HB which can be a trouble, while if you washed you could duo with whoever you want and even solo it later on if you're strong enough. There is also the toad boss that you can't do at all if you have low hp (you will need close to 10k hp+HB to survive) and it gives pretty great EXP. So basically if you are just running with friends occasionally then washing isn't that important (though it will be harder to play and give you some liabilities) but if you are serious and want to get to level 200 then you need to wash
4 base int 6 int wand 5 int cape 4 int earrings 2 int yellow snow shoes 15 int Zhelm 1 int medal 5 int deputy star 15 int overall 4 int gloves = 61 total int so 6 excess MP per level. MIN HP with lvl 85 as a thief: (24 x level) +472 = (24 x 85) +472 = 2512 HP plus 200 HP 4th job medal plus 150 HP 2 Carat Lovebirds wedding ring plus 300 HP from MoN Plus 500 HP from the Questline: "Water from the Spring of Youth" plus 525HP with the 3rd job advancement 4187 HP with lvl 85 Let's say u want to reach 10k HP at lvl 155 for HT 70 more level ups x 22 HP per average per level up = 1540 HP 4187 HP plus 1540 HP = 5727 HP by lvl 155 just from natural HP growth now 70 levels x 6 excess MP per lvl = 420 excess MP 420 excess MP / 12 MP for 1 HP wash = 35 HP washes 35 HP washes x 22 HP per average ( when fresh AP are used to increase HP and AP resets are used to decrease MP and increase LUK ) = 770 HP = 6497 total HP by lvl 155 3.503 HP missing 3503 / 18 HP ( HP gain through AP reset used to reduce MP and increase HP ) = 195 ~ HP Washes more needed 195 HP washes x 12 excess MP = 2340 excess MP you got , let's say you had 340 int INSTANTLY from lvl 85 till 155, you'd gain 34 excess MP per level, which would be 2380 excess MP by lvl 155, with which you could reach 10k ~ HP by lvl 155. without that you just won't. not to mention 340 int / 5 int per level = 68 level so you gotta level up 68 times to get 340 int, and then another 70 times to have enough excess MP to wash to 10k HP. ( that is lvl 223 by the way ) u need 3300 HP for Zakum at lvl 135 u need 10k HP for HT at lvl 155 so yeah. to summarize, remake your NL lol. EDIT: i didn't take your excess MP into account which you might've accumulated till lvl 85, still it won't change the outcome for too much. Also i didn't calculate the option for MP Washing, too lazy for that, but still most likely not a possibility EDIT #2: I didn't get the idea of MP Washing out of my head, so did the calcs: If you MP Wash lvl 85-135: Lvl 85-135 all in int = 254 base int Lvl 135-155 all AP into MP: 20 level x 5APx 24 Excess MP per point = 2980 excess MP. Which is enough for 166~ HP washes x 18 HP per wash = 2988 additional HP. From 155 you would need 250 AP Resets to decrease your int back to 4 base and an additional amount of 100 AP Resets to decrease MP to Luk. So 350 AP Resets just to deal dmg dmg like a regular Luk NL. Then another 35+166 AL resets to reach a bit over 10k HP You would still gain some more excess MP just from lvling up with more int too.i Didn't take that into account. Too lazy Not to mention you'd have to grind from 85-155 with your lvl 85 amount of Luk. My personal advice: just stick with your current assassin. It will take you a while, but it's definately worth it. I had a Hermit too which i started washing very late. I still got him to lvl 155 with about 240 base int and to 13.3k HP with gear. He is now lvl 175. If you prefer just making a new character you could do that aswell, but i'd stick to the one you currently have and just play with low Luk. I know that i hit only like 15-20k crits with Onyx, TT20 & SE30 at lvl 155, but once i started resetting the int & MP back to Luk i was able to crit like 36/38k with Stopper,TT30 and SE30 at lvl 175. It's going to be a bit hard to find Zakum and Krexel Partys with that low base Luk, but i'd say just don't tell them your Luk or base int and use Onyx Apples. That did the trick for me. I even was invited to HT once ( lvl 160 or so ) hit like 25k crits with ONYX & SE, they were like "WHO IS USING ENERGIZER ONLY??!???" HAHAHAHA. Thanks for carrying me, everyone
