    It depends.

If you want more than 9k hp (and you're not a warrior) you need to MP-wash in addition to HP washing.
    This works as follows:
You need to have base int
    Lvl-up
    Put ap in mp
Take out mp and put it in hp
Take out mp and put in your mainstat
You need BASE int for MP-washing to work.

If you don't need that much hp, (and you are not a thief), it works as follows:
Wear int equips whenever you lvl-up
Whenever you feel like it, take a point out of mp and put it in hp (for this to work, you need at least 1 point in hp or mp)
Repeat the previous step until you reach your minimum MP

    If you are thief:
Wear int equips whenever you lvl-up
Put your newly gained ap into hp
    Take out mp
    Put in mainstat

One more thing: if you are unfunded, you can choose to put in base int to have the ability to wash later, but this will cost more in the end.

Putting ap in mp and then taking it out again may seems a bit useless, but if you have BASE int, adding ap into mp gives you floor(BASE int/10) extra mp more than it takes out.
For example, if you are a bowman or thief, with 80 base int and you put a 'fresh'* point in mp, you get the usual 14-16 (random) + 8 from your base int for a total of 22-24.
When you take that mp out again, it always costs the same amount, for thief and bowman this amount is 12.
This means you just gained 10-12 free mana which you can use for hp washing afterwards

*With a 'fresh' point I mean a point that you gained from lvling up. Points from ap resets don't work for mp washing because if it did, you could get an infinite amount of hp/mp.

So the amount of bonus 10int =1mp
means each lvl i get that (14-16) + (total amount of int i have including base int + equips)?

for the +mp -mp +hp - mp +mainstat i still dont really get it

You can only hp wash (+hp, -mp, +hp) if you have more than the minimum mp. This can be calculated with one of these formulas:

    Min MP Formula for Beginner = 10 x level + 2
    Min MP Formula for Spearman class = 4 x level + 156
    Min MP Formula for Fighter class = 4 x level + 56
    Min MP Formula for Bowman = 14 x level + 148
    Min MP Formula for Thief = 14 x level + 148
    Min MP Formula for Pirate = 18 x level + 111

Since you get 14-16 mp per lvl up (for bowman and thief) and washing one point costs 12 mp, you can only wash once per level. (in fact, not even once, because the minimum mp is 14*lvl+148, so you only get 0-2 washable mp per lvl)
To wash more per level you need more mp. You can get more mp by wearing int equips when you lvl-up.
If you have BASE int, you can also do 5 mp washes (+mp, -mp, + hp) which gives you extra mp 5 times (in addition to the extra int from lvling with int)
Because you have significantly more mp than the minimum mp, you can now do more than one HP wash, which is the -mp, +mainstat part

What class do you want to hp wash btw?

If your hp goal is less than 9k at lvl 155, I recommend just wearing int equips while lvling, and putting your ap in hp, then taking points out of mp and putting into luk (or dex if you won't be dexless).
If your hp goal is more than 9k at lvl 155, you'll need to put in base int, and when you lvl, you put a point in mp, then take it out of mp and put it in hp, then take a point out of mp and put it in luk or dex.

Note that the second method is more than twice as expensive in terms of ap resets (though for the first method, you need int equips which aren't free either).
