It really depends on how much time you're going to invest in Royals. When I started about 3 years ago, I thought I'd play casually too and leveled with 60 int base from level 30 up to 90-something until I realised I want to be a little more hardcore with the game.

To answer your question, no you shouldn't be worried. I'd suggest adding maybe 40 base INT and getting 30-40 INT extra from items before continuing with leveling and resetting that once you're finally level 135. Then HP washing however many washes you've made available until 155. Horntail is currently the highest level boss you should be preparing for, and I doubt Pink Bean will be coming anytime soon. You need 4875 HP (without HB) to survive Horntail.

    I hope this helps!

I think you shouldn't wash since its just too expensive for someone who just strated playing. You can aim to 7600 hp, which is not too hard / expensive goal to achieve (thus its reccomanded for you in my opinion).
Washing is basicaly a way to get enaugh hp to do bosses at level 150 ( more or less). Its not a thing you must do, but its reccomanded.
Just have fun and don't think about it too much! Gl in game~ :)

Your not to late in the game yet, but your far enough to have hindered yourself. I recommend checking out one of the HP washing guides if you havnt already. I didnt even have any int on my NL till lvl 75, at which point I added only int until about 90 or so... (ended up with like 130 base int or something) Either way I have 15k potential now. This also involved what is known as double washing or mp washing (which is damn expensive). Wouldnt recommend this unless you have some regular income and are willing to invest some good time into the game. Also make sure to research into that a bit. My NL ended up costing me something like 7-9b idk I lost track, but it was a lot. If you want to do Horntail, youll have to expect about a 2 hour timeline for killing it; so if you dont want to invest that type of time into the game, washing isnt super necessary. If you do I would recommend at least 7.5k hp (which the guides can tell you how to calculate how to get that).

As for the dexless thing, its always a cool goal to strive for. It ends up making you.... slightly stronger. Not sure how many people are dexless. But your going to want to end up with a craven or sleeve which require 140-150 dex.

I can get way to carried away with this so im going to stop here for my sake lol... but the guides will tell you all you need to know! GL hope that made sense ~f14

Oh btw that 7-9b thing... thats specifically me for 15k potential starting late doing double washes, i doubt youll spend nearly that much if you only want 7.5k...

I always tell people this but I barely HP washed. I'm currently lvl 193 and only have 7.6k HP and I can HT just fine with HB. Don't worry about it, if you dont plan on spending a ton of time and just want to play casually. Go Dexless until you can get a good craven or sleeve. The rest is detailed in my guide, but really, don't worry about HP washing. I didnt even know what it was until level 90ish. HP washing allows you to boss without HB, and allows you to be more careless in bosses like HT or zak. You can take more hits, that's about it. At HT I have to be careful to always have HB and to avoid taking touch damage by anything. I can't even take touch damage from zakum or krexel - but as a NL you don't need to unless you're just being lazy or bored.

I left my hermit at lvl 100 cuz I thaught I spoiled the character since I didn't wash him (I didn't even know what is HP washing at the time).
I feel like I did a mistake cuz NL is my favorite class, So just stay with your assassin~
