I can see there are plenty of posts and threads regarding help for HP washing, and I am sorry for posting yet another. I have a reason though! First of all, the more I read about HP washing, the more confused I get. It feels like there is no point in leveling a class/character unless I make preparations from the start and sit with a lot of INT gear from the start. So my first question is: will I be entirely useless later on in the game if I don't HP wash? I thought it was quite daunting already figuring out how much DEX to put in on my warrior. Now, the next thing! If and when I HP wash, do I ever actually put points into my main stat? It feels weird that I will never put points into STR as a warrior, and run around in INT gear. Won't leveling be gruesome on my own? As a new player to the server this feels so off-putting, and while it may not be the case this is what is coming across to me from all the forum posts on the subject. Bear in mind, I am new so I have no INT gear and I have absolutely no idea what HP goals to even consider. Am I totally overthinking this? Is it better if I just level one character first without HP washing to make some basic money in preparation for a new and more optimized character? Again, sorry for a repeat topic here, but I really needed some more targeted answers. I really appreciate any help and explanation I can get, and hopefully someone can make this a bit easier for me to understand. Love you all! ♥ Edit: just fixed some basic grammar/spelling errors. Don't mind me...
You don't really need base INT on a warrior, just some gear with INT (and maybe some minimal base int if you want 30k on hero/paladin, like 20 base int) Warriors are easy to wash
But do I actually have to wash? This is my first character on the server and it looks to be very expensive. I think this is partly what confuses me (as well as the actual way of doing it).
Hmm is it a hero, paladin or drk For hero/paladin a bit of washing is helpful but not a must, for Drk washing is kinda a must because of the zerk but it's easy cause you only need 18750 HP to get 30k with HB
It's a hero. But, can I just level this up normally and make money without bossing to fund a NL later? Or is bossing necessary for making money? Because if that's the case I don't see how anyone could ever afford washing in the first place >_<
Yeah Hero doesn't need much washing, just get some INT gear in case you'll want to wash a bit later. You'd only need 100 APRs maybe? Just vote every day and get married so you can do APQ, you can get like 4-5 apples in 4 runs (takes less than an hour in total usually) and have an easy income of like 80m or so per day just from voting and APQ
Right. So I only wear a bit of INT (just a tad) for some increased MP, and then around level 150 (is what I am gathering from other posts) I wash whatever I can and that's that? I assume it's okay to just equip whatever it is for the actual level up, and use other gear while training, and up until that point I put my points in STR as normal? I am so sorry for being an idiot :/
Yeah try get like 60 INT at least from the gear (not that difficult) and it will give you enough MP to wash to 20k+ HP later which is enough to tank everything. You only need to wear the INT gear when you are leveling up Also you can wash at whatever lvl you want, you just need some APRs to do it
Hello friend, Warrior is the easiest class to wash. 1) all you need is around 30-60 base int and you will have enough to wash to 30k whenever you can afford the extra APR (the exact base int depends on the int gear you will have available) 2) you only wear the int gear when you are about to level up. 3) you play as you would normally play, grind, boss etc. When you are about to level up, change your int gear, finish level up, and change back to regular attack gear. 4) once you have enough MP to wash to your desired HP level, you can reset the base int back to either STR or DEX. any other question feel free to ask Good luck
You can't get 30k with so low int, an unwashed warrior at lvl 160 will have something like 14-15k HP (after completing the HP quest and with medal/rings) so to get 30k you'd need around 300 Apr which is 1200 MP (need to lvl with 120 int for 100 lvls to get) 30k isn't really necessary though, I only washed my paladin to 22k (though I have MP to get 30k) and it can tank every boss and do sed pretty easily. When you have power guard and max Achilles/guardian you become very tanky
Hiya, I think @Ayane and @MrZYJ had answered most of the questions for you. Just a little bit of sharing of knowledge for your future understanding of HP washing, you need to know about few things: 1. Which character/class do I gonna wash? 2. How much HP target at which level I want to achieve? 3. Whats my current int gear I possess/can afford? 4. How much base int I should insert? After that, you can ask people around, lets say I wanna wash a 30k HP hero, so i'll ask a 30k hp hero friend, how much base int he put, what his int gear and did he do MP wash, etc etc and then you decide for your own. And lastly, for your info, HP washing cost quite a lot actually. Personally I washed 30k HP hero, it cost me around 5b ish, so for NL or BM or other classes it might be cost a lot more than that.
Warriors naturally get more HP each level up than other classes, so as a warrior you don't need to think much about it. You gotta keep in mind that washing isn't the only way to gain HP either. You can always do some HP quests and get some HP gear. Dojo belts, pet equipment scrolls, medals, cape with HP + att, MON, etc. All my characters have, or will have decent HP and I never bothered putting int in base. To get max HP without sacrificing attack, you are going to need to put in base int though, but do you really need max HP honestly?
Thanks all. I decided to not fret too much about it and put 20 base INT before hitting 50, then I will just wash when I reach a higher level. Whatever hp I end up on will have to do. I honestly don't think I will reach 150+ on this character, and I will probably make a mage or a NL as my main in the long run. I really do appreciate the help!
