    After reading some guides I now understand HP Washing (unfortunately too late as my Gunslinger is already 50, time to restart...) I was wondering how much base INT I should get to HP wash a Corsair to whatever the recommended level is. So my questions;

-How much base INT do I need? (I've heard 60 is the norm)
-When do I take those INTs out and put back into DEX/STR? (Assuming I do once I've reached the desired HP, which leads to my next question)
-Whats the recommended amount of HP to get?

    Thanks for your replies :)

Dude don't even bother with the INT thing unless you want HP cap.. just continue playing your character, single HP wash and you'll still get plenty

    1) Level up
    2) 1 point into HP
    3) 4 points into main stat
    4) Inventory --> cash --> double click AP reset
    5) Remove one point from MP and add it into main stat
    6) Repeat

That's the exact same thing as normal HP wash, except I put 1 AP into HP every lvl and wash out MP into main stat, rather than just washing MP into HP directly, your way is just more complicated...and I will eventually not be able to take out MP which is why I'm going the INT route. Its useful for low hp chars to be able to solo bosses later without getting 1 shotted and for general survival, not just for reaching HP cap. Does anyone actually have an answer to my questions?

    Hi UrbanJuggernaut,

I've just had a quick word with a corsair friend ingame, and he'd be happy to give you advice if you whisper him ingame. His ign is Tainted and he's the top 'sair on the server, so he's a great person to give you good advice.

That was an actual answer, and that method will provide you with enough HP to survive whatever you want. (maybe not BF)
It's the easiest possible way of HP washing without having to suffer from low damage because of high int and int equips etc.........

Yeah, right. Good luck HP washing without INT equips or base INT, especially as a Pirate.

UrbanJuggernaut, how much HP do you want by what level?

Tobi is right, you need int eqs or a int base.

    And just for reference-

    Pirate, +18~22HP + (imp), -14~16MP, (18 x level) +111, (22 x level) +380
(imp= improving maximum HP or MP, if you do not have this skill then it does not apply to your specific job)

Alright, clearly people here don't know how or forgot how to Pirate.

First let's go over the REAL washing stats for Corsairs:
Every time you add AP in HP you will receive 16-20hp.
EVERY TIME you take it out of MP you will lose 16mp. There is no range of loss, that is a constant.

Second, there is no need for int equips or base int, to be honest. Out of all ranged classes, Corsairs have the highest base hp stats meaning that washing is actually completely unnecessary. You can kill any boss at the appropriate level WITHOUT washing as a corsair. Yes, if you want to go into Zakum at level 50 you'll need to do some washing, but your flat HP should be enough to get you through any boss at a decent level. You'll even have enough to HT at 160-170. DO NOT waste money buying INT equips and such unless you have some obsession with having more HP than you were intended to. Feel free to wash out the MP boosts you get from job advancements, the int you gain from things you'd have anyways like Zakum Helmets and Deputy Stars, and even add a little of your base in INT, but do not waste your time/money on something totally unnecessary.

Using Int equips goes right along with the purpose of HP washing...
It's just a cool reward for those people that are dedicated enough to int level like that.
