You can still play it without washing.
But you will rely on a Drk for bossing.

First of most, you are not alone. NL is most popular attacker class in the server. Many people start their NL without knowing HP washing. For instance, this guy restarted his NL at much higher lv:

Lv 67 isn't really too late to wash if you are aiming for barely minimum 9.8k hp w/o hb or 6.2k hp w/ hb for ht at lv 155. From here you have 2 choices:
    1. If you are aiming higher hp goal for bossing and want to save your money to spend less on ap reset, then make another NL. But you must have a bishop or spend meso for leeching on this route though. Remember that earlier you have more int, you save meso by spending less ap reset
    2. If you really like you current character and just want to barely meet the minimum hp requirement for HT, then continue your current NL. But from now, you must raise base int and wear int gears every time right before you level. Your damage gonna be bad and you will be having a hard time on leveling if you are not getting leeched.

You should consider on getting descent int gears with your current meso. Investing int gear is good if you really care about saving meso since int gear is returnable investment while ap reset is not.
Also depending on your hp goal, try to use Shiyui's calculator: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/hp-washing-calculator.111127/
It tells you how many base int you should raise and how to hp wash.

If you really want an easier time at bosses that hit hard you'll save more money starting over.

It's certainly possible to play this game without HP washing. You can do Zak and Krex with no washing at all. It's only HT (and Toad, but no one really does Toad) that absolutely require HP washing.

And you'll be happy to know that you can HT with HB by just spending 9 AP Resets, no base int, no int gear, no MP washing needed, just using your natural MP!

Remember that you need HB to do a HT run this way. And you must stay off of the floor during the main body phase until the legs have been killed by your party. You must also remember to use Dark Sight whenever going up the ropes to the platforms by Head A and by Head C, the left and right ones, respectively. And you must pay VERY close attention during mass seduce when only the Left Hand and Right Hand are left. Use Hero's Will if your HP gets below 2.5k because a falling rock might kill you. But all in all, it's certainly doable to HT without any enormous investment in HP washing. There are many limitations and you do have to spend 9 AP Resets to do it at level 155, which is when HT level starts. But you can have a fulfilling gaming experience by working around these limitations. :D
