HP and MP share the same pool. If someone puts an AP point into HP, they can take it out from their MP with an AP reset and assign it to LUK/STR/DEX. Each class has a minimum MP that they cannot reduce further. Leveling with INT increases maximum MP by 1 for every 10 INT. If someone has base INT, they benefit from MW which increases their INT which increases the amount of MP they gain upon leveling.
