When i was doing HTPQ earlier today, the key doesn't disappear in the portal. GM Katsu came to investigate and gave me root of life. following is the screen shot of situation:
This is abit peculiar, since I just did a HTPQ a few hours ago to help get someone's Life Root and didn't run into issues, so I assumed HTPQ was fixed.
It was fixed. However, I checked that this was the correct key for the correct room and it was, but it was just sitting there, nothing was happening.
Can the person having problems tell me if they dropped the key, looted it then dropped it again. I think sometimes if you drop an item on a reactor and loot it before it does the action it can bug.
Okay so the correct bug in question would be the issue where reactors fail if the item is dropped on them and looted prior to the reactor executing it's action. I believe this happens at Zakum too so is likely a global issue.
This is also possibly the reason why sometimes the big Chest in ZPQ doesn't respond when they keys are dropped on it and why the cauldron in the Resurrection quest doesn't react with the Cold Flame if you drop the items in the wrong order and try again.
