    Problem: I got what this quest needs. But, I can't finish it.

    Can any GM help me or tell me how to get my Hurricane skill?

    If you have been hunting Blue Kentaurs they have been incorrectly dropping the gloves without you needing a quest in progress, and there are 2 different gloves, you have the incorrect one.
