When the current server issue has been solved, you will be unbanned. Please try to recall anything in specific you were doing when you got banned. Were you using attack potions? Were you close range to the Krexel eye? Any information you can give will help us to figure out why you are being banned for normal amounts of damage.
i am lv160 BM and i have use skill Concentrate lv30 but before today i have use Concentrate to do zak running and krexel running ,then im not banned if the hit has Critical my damage about 13xxx~16xxx and Concentrate is CD ,then i have use red attack potions(+12 att) i think my damage compares to other ppl , my damage is pool. im a BM not close range to the krexel eye last time my partner and i do the krexel left eye until about HP 40% , then im banned idk i do something bring about being banned
By the way ,could u unban let me to do anything in the game in addition to doing krexel recently i don't have to go to the krexel thank you.
