I am convinced legendary spirit lowers scroll success rate

    I'm pretty sure Nisrocks lower the sucess rate of 30% bow att... I used shitload and keep destroying bows!!!

    It's actually been proven that when you use legendary spirit, there's a 50% chance that you are scrolling.
