Hey, I've had this problem for months but I brushed it off as a glitch for a while. I first realized when I wasn't getting alerts for new posts in the MapleRoyals memes thread about 3 or 4 months ago. However, I'm still getting the problem and I don't get alerts from most of the threads that I'm watching. And yes, I did try relogging into my account like what was suggested in this post from 2017: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/not-receiving-alerts-anymore.103087/ I want to know if there's anything I can do to prevent this or if I should just deal with it. (I'm fine with dealing with it but I don't play much anymore and the forums is the only way I stay up to date with the community so it's nice to know when someone posts somewhere)
Problem still persists, I know bumping is frowned upon because I get moved further down the list but I haven't even gotten a reply in almost 3 months.
The whole getting pushed down the list thing is a lie BTW. I’ve seen them reply to countless threads out of the order they would be in had that applied.
The reason we didn't reply is because we don't really have an idea what's going on, plus the fact that we'll be upgrading the forum soon to the latest version which should fix these kind of issues.
Honestly I just wanted an answer, I didn't know the situation and now I do. Since there's nothing you guys can immediately do, there's no reason for me to be upset and I'm not upset, just happy to get a response from someone who knows as to why it's happening. So thanks for the reply and I look forward to the forum upgrade because it is an inconvenience having to manually check some threads.
