i am sure i didn't do hacking...

i didn't do hacking in using the account of bigrabbit..it must be someone else hacking my account....i really want to play the game but i am now wrongly banned, permanent....i hope you make sure what the problem is. if you still think i did hacking when playing the game, please tell me the reason or i will be so confused. thank you.
