Closed I am unable to log in to the game.

    Problem: Unable to log into the game.
    Details: I can log into the character selection screen without any issues, but when I try to select a character to enter the game, the game crashes and closes immediately. How can I resolve this issue?

    Moreover, I can access the character selection screen normally.
