i bought royalpoints on my wrong account and im trying contacting someone in the royal staff for a week now but got zero response ( what should i do??

I have posted this before in the right place but got absolutely no response. I posted here because I had no other option. I tried contacting royals through email but even then got no response
I did this sometime last year and waited over 3 months for a response before I decided to just spend them and buy more. Good luck tho
Unfortunately only admins are able to assist with that and they have to prioritize against everything else that comes up as well :/. If you already posted they will definitely get to it when they can. They go from oldest to newest.
