I can´t even get started because of an error notion, even after i reinstall the game!

How do i fix this notion, i´ve installed via the exact same route as everybody else?

    At this point im clueless what to do, i´ve installed the game properly, tried to uninstall, but this is the first thing i keep seeing after i select my new character. The worst part is that my mates got a headstart now and i still need to do some catching up...
