Account Sharing - The act of sharing the use of your account, sharing account information with any other individual, or the act of logging into or otherwise using an account owned by another person, with or without permission, regardless of whether or not the information was directly or indirectly shared. Please be aware that, in some cases as per the discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with less harsh punishment. This rule was altered in October of 2014 to respond to the growing number of people abusing the ability to share accounts for a variety of purposes that we deemed unacceptable. Eight scenarios for which account sharing will be considered an immediate permanent ban are the following: Using power-leveling services; Two or more people taking turns in leveling up a character (i.e. training); Logging onto someone else's character in order to leech your own; Removing items from or deleting someone else's character; Giving an account with a high-leveled character on it to someone else; Committing a bannable offense (other than just account sharing) on someone else's account; Wasting Staff time by lying about the account sharing; Sharing your account details with multiple people. In any other situations, the default punishment will be a 30-day ban and potentially a reversal of actions taken during the share, however, this is still subject to Staff discretion and the involved parties may face a permanent ban regardless of their situation not being listed above. Finally, the use of the same account information as other locations such as your personal social media or any other game servers does not violate this rule, however, any individuals who access your account on the basis of knowledge of account information in other places do. You are responsible for the privacy of your own account information.

You are allowed to create a mule and use them-- but in your case you borrowed a friend's character, and you are not allowed to use other people's accounts as stated so in the rules which is why the ban was issued. You are only allowed to play on your accounts even if the original owner(s) gave you permission to use it. We do offer leniency in some cases however unfortunately the use of this character goes beyond our leniency boundaries. I'd like to reiterate the issue here is you using a friend's account to help you gain levels, if you made your own character and used that to get yourself levels that is perfectly fine but you used a friend's account to do that and that is what was against the rules-- not using a mule.
Good afternoon Becca. First of all thank you for being kind enough to be helpful and detail the reason for the ban. I would like to check with you the possibility of revising the ban, the account that I used to upload it is under my care, so much so that I have its login and password, after all my friend who owned the account can no longer use the myself, on account of work, and he gave me the bill, I repeat he gave me the bill. I didn't vote abuse, or use a hack, I just used an account that is mine today, to create a mage. I would like to see the possibility of removing the ban, as I think it is very unfair to be permanently banned for this. Awaiting return. Grateful
