Solved [Solution Given] I cannot access to control panel in order to unban an account lock due to a successive wrong PIN

Actually i have been helped by the staffs due to my account problem. After all, I tried to log in and faced the PIN problem. Eventually, i got my account blocked, and have to log into control panel to go break through this problem. Nevertheless, the log in page keeps saying that I got an unknown combination of username and password. Can I reset my password or smt? (Idk if the "username" on this page literally means my account username or something else)

 

Username is the username you signed up with.

Lets say your In-game name is DrowningPool, and your username is xxxpuppyslayerxxx, the credentials you should enter in the "username" area is xxxpuppyslayerxxx.
What PIN problem? there is an option to reset both PIC and PIN.
