I can't do quests?

    Hi! I just started playing Maple Royals, but when I click on 'Accept' to accept doing a quest, the message goes away. When I click on 'Decline' it acts normal and answers with 'You must be busy' or something similar to that. Can someone help me? This problem occurs by more than one NPC.
