i cant download the game

    when i download the game, it keeps pop out "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." after i click ok, "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." pops up again
    I reinstall it multiple times but it still pop out the same message.
