    Problem:i Cant in Game Help me please
    Details: I can not enter the game, every attempt to use receive an unknown error message and a code and when I try to download the game denuevo also receive a message box notifying me that there is an error in the installation or something like

    Please uninstall the previous installation of MapleRoyals first, by going to the Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Then try the installation again.

    barely entering the game selection and attempt to enter the channel gives me D / c when you try to download the game and install it opened the file and I get a notice that there is an error in the installation since entering the game and give away me D / c many failed attempts and all that always drives me hardly play I select the channel that will enter

    If you are having an error with installation, it means your antivirus is deleting files necessary for installation. Disable your antivirus and then try installing again.
