However, when I tried to log in today, I was asked to enter an additional code called PIC, which I had no recollection of. Because of that, I couldn’t log in, and my attempts to reset the PIC were unsuccessful. Later, when I finally remembered my PIC, I found that my account had already been locked and I was unable to log in.
