Not Bug I can't log in my account

    When I play the Mapleroyals~~ in the morning
    I go to the Cash Shop~~ and then I didn't know why I DCed
    So I try again to log in the game~
    because I want buy something..
    and~ When I log in account~ It's appear a word

    It's said "This is not a registered ID，Please try again"
    but I can log in your offical website.
    Please help me~~~ I don't know what's going on
