Hi again... I rarely vote, even when I did before, I certainly did not vote on more than one char a day, i feel I landed on a banned IP, can you check the ip logs? I would also like to say that I stopped playing for more than 1 year and you can review my activity that I did not even vote, And when I come back at the Christmas event, you can also see that I didn't vote every day. Lastly my router refresh commonly and maybe my ip changed cuz of that can please check all?
All of the above was double-checked by an admin prior to your ban being issued. The abuse took place in early 2020.
I can assure you Dasha, I have never vote abused, is there anyway the admins can check again? This has to be a mistake
Based on the logs that lead to your ban, it looks like you did vote abuse at the beginning of 2020. Are you always using a private connection to vote?
First answering your question. No, I used different connections from my work and from my parents' house in early 2020 It should be clarified that the connection of my work uses vpn since it is a digital marketing web company. At the end of 2019 I had an accident and I moved to my parents' house for a while, I played again at beginin of 2020 from there and voted but I also continued working and sometimes I also voted from my work connection, or remotely with my work computer. Even though I voted from different places and devices, I only did so once per day I would like to say that during the stay at my parents' house their connection was not always good and sometimes I used the data from my phone to play and vote on occasions. I voted from 3 different devices, for 1 account only but I use different devices. I Would like emphasize that I only voted once per day, sometimes at work sometimes at home, but never twice on the same day. I know you can see recent records, and you can see my voting history. and I'm not a person who cares much about it, I vote occasionally. The time that you mention that this happened coincides with my accident... I'm sure that's why this is happening.

(I attach the flick photos of the first previous conversation.) Later I write you again on January 22/2020 and you told me this: I was told to wait until the new update with the control panel so I was able to recover my password, coincidently that updated was on the 17th of April when the vote abuse stopped https://royals.ms/forum/threads/control-panel-release.154958/ (Release of new Control Panel April 17th). As you can see, at the beginning of this appeal, I mentioned the xxBuccxx account as one of my mules. And in the screenshot I post when I wrote to you on January 22, 2020, I did not mention it because I did not know of its existence until I recovered the account. From January to April I used my normal Missuniverse account, and the person who had my account was still active voting how I know this? Just after the launch of the new control panel, 9 days to be exactly I received a private message in forum, I ignored him and the next day he contacted me in game. He asked me if I had recovered the account and if I could return the things, to which I answered no since I recovered the account with my personal information, my email, my date of birth and my personal data. You mentioned this in the last reply "you've been vote abusing regularly on RedBulls and MissUniverse from jan to april 2020" and with all these screenshots and the information that I gave you, I hope you can review it since everything coincides. If this isn't enough proof, I'm sure you can see the ip address at the times voted and realise they're not from the same place. However, I hope its enough and I can get my account back soon

Hey Tim, Good morning, answering your question... I realize that it seems suspicious that someone accessed my account on the same day I quit, to be honest I can't prove that I didn't do it cause I legit didn't do it and wouldn't know how to find proof of me NOT DOING IT. It's a freak accident, that's the only way I'd know how to describe it. Honestly if you guys do suspect I account shared, may I ask why I didn't get banned all those years ago? I could've tried to solve this issue back January 2016 when I wrote you first time to recover my account, then but I assumed I didn't get banned because you guys believed that I didn't do it
As you stated yourself it is suspicious that someone from another part of the world took over your account within 24 hours of your post claiming you quit. This is too coincidental for us to consider it anything other than account sharing by giving out your login details. As such you will remain banned permanently for major account sharing

I waited all this time just to see what answer you told me, and you are totally wrong, I have always been surprised by the terrible service of GM and administration of this server, and I am not speaking only for myself, many more who read this will know that it is true. You banned me first for vote abuse and then for "supposed" share account, I gave away my account in 2016 when I quit... and when I wanted to recover it again, I wrote to you just to see if there was a small possibility, then that day I realized that you & your team didnt work well and they did not care about community, then the account recovery system came out and I recovered and keep playing for years But what I actually did on the server and you guys never noticed, I duplicate hundreds of White Scrolls/ Chaos Scrolls/ Perfect Weapons and alot of pro Stuff, You guys have alot of bugs in your databases and on client HAHAHA, and I will return dont worry I have many more mules with more stuff.
