I can open the mapleroyal first,but when it disconnect,I can't open again The screen is black and and I use keyboard:ctrl+alt+delete no response. SO I reboot my computer I also remove mapleroyal and reinstall it. But the problem wasn't sloved
I have no idea why your computer would stop responding, closing the game in task manager should be no problem. Standard solutions would be to disable any antivirus programs or firewalls and to make sure you are running the game in a compatibility.
