Solved [Solution Given] i cant vote. i did try a few thing nothing is working

My Gf and I are whitelisted she votes on her pc and I vote on my phone with data
Been 2 days just says i voted everytime
so been following this link

this is what i have tried not just once. like a lot
-restarting my phone
-VPN tried different country same also
-don't have ad block
-tried different web browser and are up to date
-tried voting on the pc under the same ip that my GF votes with
- i did reach out to GTOP
-just wondering if this is a mapleroyals thing

- so one strange thing was i was able to vote for "irisautumn" if you click the link under i am sorry this was an accident

Why does it happen? than under Network outrage/disruption
there is a link that tells you to "Replace the second username with your actual in-game username."
and ofc I didn't and i was able to vote for irisautumn. I am so sorry my bad ( on my pc with the same ip that my gf voted on) ?
but i cant vote for myself?

 

did you try to clear cache? Also if you use chrome try anonymous window/tab

wow that was fast sorry thing are good now after reset.I cant vote after 2 day and on the 3rd day after reset i can vote sorry for the spam

 

No worries, and glad to see it's working for you again! Sometimes GTop just changes things on their end that we can't do anything about.
