Every time I vote it tells me that I already voted within the last 24 hours and I need to wait 1XXX more minutes. My friend suggested that I make another account (it doesn't have any characters in it) to see if voting will work on it, and it did; but I didn't finish the voting process because i don't want it as my official IP address account. I haven't got the chance to vote once on my main account ever since I joined 3 days ago. side note: I am aware that you can't be online while voting.
You say you had made another account and voted, and were able to see that it worked. This means that the vote for that account has been logged, as well as the IP, and that the NX would have been added to that account (If you had characters on it). So because of that vote, you will not be able to vote anyway on any other accounts in the following 24 hours. I am not sure why you have not been able to vote from your main account. Are you sure that you were entering your account name in the boxes for that account. It could be that you were accidentally entering a character name which by chance could have been the account name of another active user.
Yup i made sure i put my correct account name im the box, i even copied and pasted to double check. Still doesn't work.
