I dont get NX by voting :(

    Hello. Im a new member. My IGN is marven :)

    So, i've twice tried voting on mapleroyals in order to get the NX. But it says "You cant vote more, wait 500 minutes" or somethign all the time and i get no NX. Ive tried to contact GM several times In game but i get no help :/
