I have banned you for your fast attack hacking and ban evading. I have been following you & AZNBOIZ and saw you using Fast attack hacks on red snails multiple times. After banning you, you ban evaded and came back in game.
Dear Jen, It is some where 11:30ish in Korea. My friend, AZNBOIZ and I were talking through Skype and my internet was really bad. The game was lagging the whole time, the snails weren't moving, and everything was slow overall. I told AZNBOIZ that I'll try to reconnect because I thought it was a simple internet connection issue. So I turned off my WIFI and kept reconnecting. To check if my internet was working, I had to hit Snails, use portals, and move around. I have no idea how I was banned for hacking when it was just a simple internet connection issue. I can assure you I didn't use any hacking program. Can you please consider activating my account back. Thank You
There was no lag during the period that I have banned you in our lag logs. You also didn't explain how you got back in game after I have banned you.
Dear Jen, I can assure you that I was not hacking. If it is possible, could you please check and see if there were third party softwares involved? Also, I don't even know how I logged in after you banned me. First of all, I never received the ban message after you banned me, so I wasn't even aware that you banned me once. All I did was log in after the game disconnected me. I think you should consider the possibility of the server taking time to register your ban. If, as you say, I bypassed a ban to get in, I would have had to hack the entire MapleRoyals server in order to change the setting since logging in is a server-based process. However, if that is what happened, then the server admins would have been alerted and I wouldn't be here arguing about something I didn't do. Seeing that, this is not the case, and the MapleRoyals server is up and running, without any alarms of any hacking, I feel that I have justified my actions. I am guilty of nothing. I wish I was the hacker you think I am; then at least this ban would've been worth it. I'm a bit confused with what you are saying so please help me understand something... So you got banned, and then made a ban appeal right? So you must have known you had gotten banned to create the ban appeal in the first place. Yet now you are not denying that you were in game after being banned. Therefore you knowingly ban evaded? Also, your character name is inappropriate, you'll need to choose a new one before you have any chance of being unbanned as well.
Well she claimed that I ban evaded and got in. So I said that I got in during a ban, with the assumption that what she said about that was true. I knew I was banned the second time around. I got a banned a second time right after. And the second time, there was a message saying I was permanently banned. I created this ban appeal based on the 2nd and permanent ban. She claimed I ban evaded the first time, so assuming that was true, I said that I was in game after the first "ban"
Let me give a timeline: 1. I was playing the game (where I was accused of fast-attacking) 2. I was disconnected. (I think this is where the first ban supposedly happened) 3. I logged into the game again without any ban message (unaware that I was supposedly banned) 4. I get disconnected again. 5. I tried to login again, but it said that I was permanently banned. 6. I wrote a ban appeal.
