Closed I don't want to get ban!

My boyfriend and I both got accepted to vote for NX cash but one had to vote on the computer and the other on a cellphone using, LTE/4G/3G network.

Instead of using the 4G on my cellphone, I used the wifi instead! (Dummy mistake!) So now HE can't vote on neither cellphone or the computer!

Is their a way he can vote and get it? Does he have to vote on the cellphone using the 4G?

Someone told me I could use another wifi on the cellphone to vote, is that true?
