i dropped the 3 transfer mission thing ? so i can't transfer......what can i do ?

Problem:i can't transfer for 3 , because i dropped the mission etc . and now i talk to the npc they only say to where but i haven't the transfer mission thing so i didn't solve 3 transfer mission. what can i do? to transfer??

I have no idea what quest you were trying to do, but have you tried to forfeit the quest?

 

but i don't see the forfeit the quest for this mission =.=

I think she means she can't 3rd job advance because she dropped an etc. item required to complete the quest.

 

• If you dropped the item you get from killing the third job clone, have you tried going back?
• Did you talk to your first job instructor after you killed the clone?

 

yes, Aram know my quest..... i talk the 3rd job teacher he only say "Go and find me the Necklace of Wisdom which is hidden on the Holy Ground at the Snowfield "

 

Then did you go to the holy ground?
Since that is what you are supposed to do

This is not a character issues, here is a guide

Thief 3rd Job Advancement (Requirement: Level 70)
Go to El Nath – Chief Residence and speak to Arec. After talking to Arec, head back to Victoria Island and talk to Dark Lord which is located in Kerning City. Next, find the Door of Dimension located at Monkey Swamp II and it’ll bring you to “The Path of the Glittering Crystal”. Walk until the end of the path and enter the portal to defeat the wiseman’s dark side to obtain the Black Charm.

Return to Dark Lord and exchange the Black Charm for a Necklace of Strength. Return to El Nath after that and give the item to Arec. Head on to the Holy Ground at the Snowfield (Sharp Cliff II). 1 Dark Crystal is requirred to answer 5 questions to obtain the Necklace of Wisdom. Again, head back to Arec in El Nath and give him the Necklace of Wisdom.

No definitely not.

You said he told you to go to the Holy Ground then you need a dark crystal and you have to go there and answer the questions correct.
