i got bam and i dont know why

Last thing you did: Since yesterday I do not connect and today just I connect it goes I'm banned so it seems weird just today get scared and I can not get wanted to know that since yesterday was a very productive day and climbed many mild my priest and a day to another fence around does not seem fair on the other side i restard my pc could happen that influences my computer?
Why do you think you got banned?: i think its cause i restard my pc i delet all i think was that cause i didnt do nothing else

thx about that i think it was like my moment of luck cause i win and win exp just this and i see that all the people do the same thing i think was normal like event all guys said that was a good moment to gets lvls i didnt do nothing :c no was my faul i think just ambition but there is something i can do ? i dont wana lose my character plz some one can tell me if i got the oportunity to get back my acc
