Open Awaiting Admin Action I got banned. Please help me. I play normally only.

All Your Character Names: RaiGod , iKudo , NihonYari , and 1 more I don't remember.
Last thing you did: I used RaiGod character to open store at Free Market only.
Why do you think you got banned?: I am not sure. If vote then it cannot be, because I only vote 1 time and get 8000NX per day for this account. I did not multiple vote.
Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection"

--> I have 1 account only.

2. When did you first start playing MapleRoyals?
--> April 2024

Please help me. I am enjoying to play the game. I didn't perform any abuse in the game.
I also follow game instruction to use 1 account to vote per day and get 8000NX only.
No other people play the game in my house.
