Unfortunately, we can't give second chances. We have a 24 hour voting limit for a reason. Even if you tried to vote on another account before the limit, the website would stop you. You chose to bypass it.
In the terms of the site I saw that the first punishment is 14 days ban and not permanent. why did you gave me permanent ban if this is my first time that I breaking the law.
