Closed I got hackt?

Problem: (My characters gone )
Details: (i was re-downloading mapleroyal after maybe a 5 month break, and when i try to loggin i got the password wrong so i checkt with my standard passwords but dident work then i did a password recovery and logged in but i notice that i lost all my characters and Donor RP, (i have all the receipt on my mail still) so i lookt around for info about a wipe of some short but dident fine one so i askt around on the server and they told me that it hasn't been one so what should i do? Please respond id like my characters back the lost RP is fine i might have spent it who know but i know that i didn't deleted my characters.)
