I've played the game for a while, earned about 5b throughout my gameplay with my characters donated a few times, enjoyed the game. I had a problem with a RP purchase which I made by mistake. This mistake cost me 15 rp, which is alot in my countries currency since RP purchases is in brittish pound which is a heavy conversion for other countries. But then again it was my mistake, no worries there. I wrote a ticket explaining what happened and 3 months later nobody even looked at it. This is the only reason i'm quitting. Because it took 1 second for the payments to go through, but in 3 months noone had the balls to send 1 reply saying ''no we cant help'' or whatever else. But leaving a donator hanging is just unprofessional as can be. I've played other games where I would pay less and got support for anything maximum 2 days later. And don't worry, I will definitely not return here. Never seen such a neglectful administration. In any event, it was a pleasure to meet many of you nice players who I met along the way. It's seems pretty normal for this to take so long (as well as other actions that only Matt can do). However, it should be answered eventually, nobody can tell you when for sure. A bit unfortunate and I understand your frustration, but if you enjoy the server I think it's a bit of a silly reason to just quit.
